DELIVERY & REFUND

 

Pickup from the Green Mirrors workshop - free of charge - the products become available for pickup from our workshop in 1-3 working days. Please inspect the products when they are picked up from our workshop, since due to the specifics of the products we sell, we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

Delivery with dedicated driver Bucharest and Ilfov - 50 Ron. Delivery is made by our own staff, exclusively in Bucharest and Ilfov, Monday – Friday, between 09:00 and 16:30. Order preparation can take 1-4 working days, depending on stock, period, and internal factors. Please inspect the products at the time of delivery, since due to the specifics of the products we sell, we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

Deliveries by courier in Romania* - approx. 25 Ron, delivery in 24-48 hours after dispatch (working days). Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday. Order preparation can take 1-6 working days, depending on stock, period, and internal factors.

 

*Due to their size and fragility, not all our products can be safely delivered by courier, all over Romania. Information regarding delivery options are available to each of our products, at the “Shipping method” step, on your cart menu.

 

Conditions of delivery / receipt of the package:

If you did not enter the delivery and contact information correctly and completely when you placed the order (phone number, street number, floor, apartment, interphone, postal code, etc.), there are big chances that it will not reach you and will return to us. We recommend that you check several times before placing an order (or creating an account with us).

 

Delivery costs are calculated for packages with a maximum weight of ZZ kg. An additional fee may be charged for bulky packages or heavier than ZZ kg.

 

The delivery time associated with a service is an estimate and may vary, depending on various factors beyond our control.

 

We recommend you to always choose the Delivery service with a dedicated driver, when you are within the delivery range (Bucharest and Ilfov).

 

The package cannot be opened upon delivery, when the delivery is made by courier services, because the terrariums, mossariums and plants sold by Green Mirrors are extremely fragile and perishable products, and the packaging procedure is not standardized.

 

In the case of a visible damaged package delivered by courier services (national or international), please inspect the products and report any problems by email to contact@mirrors.green, together with relevant photos within 24 hours of receiving the package, since due to the specifics of the products that we sell, we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

 

Deliveries to isolated, inaccessible areas or affected by natural phenomena may be delayed until the courier's access to the respective area is possible. In this case if the products inside are damaged, Green Mirrors cannot be blamed for.

 

On the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS with the delivery time interval, the phone number of the courier and a link where you can see details or change the information.

 

If you are not found at that address and within the mentioned time frame, you will receive another SMS with a phone number that you can call to arrange a new delivery. In this case if the products inside are damaged, Green Mirrors cannot be blamed for. If even the third time the courier fails to deliver you the package, the parcel returns to us.

 

If you still want the package in question, you can repeat the order, only if you will pay in advance the package value and both the costs of the previous transport (round-trip) and the costs of the new delivery.

 

Please note that behind this online store there are people who process, pack, and deliver the orders, regardless of whether you choose to pick them up or not. If you know yourself as someone who use to cancel orders that are already being processed or shipped, there is a chance that we will no longer ship to you in the future.

 

Refund:

Since our plants, terrariums and mossariums are part of the certain types of items that cannot be returned, being perishable goods, we do not accept returns, except very specific cases.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
